A plant with a long history of healing and multiple applications. Indeed, the adjective 'miraculous' can truly be used for the stinging nettle.   Among its most important properties are its diuretic and laxative effects, as well as its capacity to bring relief from infections of the urinary tract and menstrual problems.  It is regarded as being an excellent revitaliser and is suitable for those suffering from anaemia thanks to its high iron content. At the same time, it soothes coughs and helps with allergies and eczema , controls haemorrhages, reduces blood pressure and relieves joint pain.
