Thanks to its low fermentation level more typical of green teas, this oolong from Chian Rai in northern Thailand has luxuriant floral aromas accompanied by notes of ripe fruits and brown sugar. The liquor has a rich, oil-like presence in the mouth and a lingering aftertaste with green notes.
