Tea&Health...

Winter is not over yet and germs are still thriving everywhere. Being – as you are – exposed to the season’s usual conditions, such as the sniffles, bronchitis and stomach flu, shield your body or at least help it to recover faster with the help of herbs and teas.

You can shield your body through the daily consumption of tea rich in antioxidants: don’t forget that two cups of tea are equivalent to seven glasses of orange juice or six apples. Help your body by taking advantage of what these valuable herbs have to offer.

Pure Health, shields your body

Tea from the bark of a tree traditionally known as the “tree of life”.  It will boost your immune system. Drink it to shield your body when there are lots of germs about.
Recipe: Add 3 g or 1 tablespoon to 150 ml of hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink 3-4 times a day.
Alternative brewing instructions: use 2 tsp tea for 1litre of cold water. Boil for 5mn and then let seep for another 20-25mn before straining.

Winter Health a valuable ally

Echinacea and ginger are very effective in preventing and fighting cold symptoms.
Recipe: Add 5 g or 2 tablespoons to 150 ml of hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink 3-4 times a day.

Wellness Tea, the delightful flavour of health

This is the most rejuvenating health mixture for all seasons, and a delicious cocktail of sweet flavours. It is a delightful solution to shield your body.
Recipe: Add 4 g or 1 tablespoon to 150 ml of hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink throughout the day.

Sage, Salvia officinalis, organic, an intensely aromatic plant with anti-inflammatory properties that is ideal for sore throats

Its scientific name ‘salvia’ derives from the Latin word ‘salvare’, which means ‘to save’ or ‘to heal’. It is the ultimate healing plant. This winter, take advantage of the anti-inflammatory properties of sage and relieve your sore throat.
Recipe: Add 3 g or 1 tablespoon to 150 ml of hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Let it cool down and gargle 3-4 times a day.

Chamomile, Matriciana Chamomilla, a strong ally against the stomach flu

Having antispasmodic properties, chamomile soothes upset stomachs and relieves stomach flu symptoms, which are so widespread in the winter.
Recipe: Add 3 g or 1 tablespoon to 150 ml of hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 3 times a day.
