Matcha for all seasons
Matcha in Every Aspect of Our Lives
As a global phenomenon, matcha appears in beverages, cooking, as well as beauty and wellness products.
A symbol of a healthy lifestyle and a trendy product, it has become a staple from morning to night, present in every moment of our daily routine.

Matcha tea has a unique and complex flavor: vegetal, slightly bitter, with a pronounced umami character and a rich, deep aroma.
Its subtle sweetness balances with a velvety texture, whether prepared in the traditional way or mixed with milk for a matcha latte.
How to Ensure Matcha Quality
Global demand for matcha has risen sharply in recent years, leading to variations in production that often come from lower-quality tea leaves.
To ensure good quality matcha, pay attention to the following criteria:
• Prefer matcha made from young leaves harvested in spring, as they offer a smoother taste, while leaves harvested in late summer or autumn tend to produce a more bitter flavor
• Choose matcha labeled as ceremonial, premium, or cooking grade
• Pay attention to the color: a vibrant green indicates high quality, while a yellowish-green suggests lower quality
Finally, to avoid unpleasant surprises, purchase matcha only from trusted suppliers and generally prefer products produced in Japan.
