Powder teas, drink the essence
Powdered tea is obtained by removing all stems and veins from the leaves which are then ground into a fine powder.
When you drink a powdered tea, you get more than just an infusion but rather the whole leaf with all its beneficial components. The powder can also be used as an ingredient in dishes or cocktails.
MATCHA TEA
Superior quality tea in powder form which is traditionally used in the Japanese tea ceremony. The leaves are shade-grown for three weeks, whereby they take on their characteristic sweet flavour. Once harvested, their veins and stems are removed, and they are then stone-ground into powder. Matcha, exceedingly rich in antioxidants, vitamins and mineral elements, can be consumed daily as an energy drink, hot or iced.

It also removes a large amount of caffeine, making it safe even for small children and is typically enjoyed in the afternoon or evening. Toped up with milk, Houjicha powder has sweet roasted hazelnut notes reminiscent of cappuccino.
MATE TEA
Antioxidant-rich yerba mate leaves are ground into a fine powder containing caffeine. Yerba Mate powder is used as an alternative to coffee and also ranks among superfoods.
It is characterized by its mild earthy taste with vegetal notes and a very pleasant, rounded texture.
BLUE TEA
Blue Tea powder, made from the ground-up petals of the Butterfly Pea Flower, is an excellent caffeine-free drink, rich in antioxidants. In Ayurvedic medicine it’s used for relaxation and boosting the immune system. It has a slightly earthy, woody taste and can be incorporated in cocktails or juices to add an eye-catching purple color.
Dragon Fruit, also known in Spanish as pitaya, grows on a cactus originally from Central America. Its name refers to its spike-like exterior.
Pitaya is a fruit rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Tast-wise it is a cross between kiwi and pear.
