Tea / Tea / Oolong Tea / Pure Origin / Taiwan Aged Oolong
This eight years aged oolong from the province of Mingjian, Taiwan, bestows a multi-faceted gustatory cup, and offers up multiple infusions, challenging the connoisseur to explore it. The almost black pearls when moist impart warm aromas of candy, cinnamon peel as well as wet forest conifers. The infusion is full and creamy, combining the sweet scents of chestnut husks with notes of cotton and camphor. The roasting, though heavy, adds to rather than takes away this tea’s charm.

Tea Route
Taiwan The ageing of the tea requires that the leaves are roasted every 1, 2 or 3 years so as to remove any excess moisture and to keep it fresh. This is a subtle and challenging procedure, requiring experienced hands and the nose of a tea master.
