20 years old: a wonderful age in the life of a company...

An age of daring, because we’ve learnt that this is the driving force for success. Because without daring we would never have progressed at a time when we kept hearing that “only the sick drink tea”. We knew that tea is all a question of taste and that this would be the key to success. That tea would be loved for what it is and that it was up to us to make it that much more enticing.

It's the age when we have realised that our customers have taught us the most. Whether the flavour works or not, if we’ve got the combination right. If it's worth our while to introduce a rare green or white tea which at the time and place seemed amazing but we didn't know if the magic spell would still work in Greece.

It's the age when we know that anything goes so long as you get the balance and flavour right. Nose, eye, tongue, the trilogy of a winning taste. It's tough for one to work without the others, another lesson we’ve learnt.

It's the age when we want more to share that knowledge and those secrets that have been passed on to us about tea all those years. We want to start more conversations, more seminars and workshops for everyone out there.

It is the age of promises, those we make to ourselves, that since we’ve got this far, why not arrange a rendez-vous in another 20 years since we’re young and have got all our life in front of us to live it together.
