Terms and Conditions
|The Tea Route is active in the sale of products, among others on its website.|
|Our main concern is to make known the terms and conditions governing the rights and obligations applying to relations between our company and all visitors and customers of our website.|
|To complete an order, it is necessary that you provide us with certain personal data. You will be requested to fill in the contact form which includes name, shipping address, billing address, phone number and email. All the above will be used exclusively to create an account to process and execute your orders, as well as to keep you informed on the status of your order.|
|Our company, in accordance with data protection laws, will not reveal, publish, sell nor exchange customer information. We share some of your information in order to ship your orders with the shipping carrier you have chosen.|
|Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior warning. Tea on line prices are approximately 5% cheaper than the retail prices.|
|1. Bank deposit|
|You may make a transfer into one of our company’s accounts, indicating your name and order number, and then email us the details of your deposit to email@example.com, either by scanning the deposit receipt or by copying it. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive this information.|

2. Cash on delivery
For orders up to 100,00€
You pay the courier at the time of delivery.
3. In-store pick up from our Thessaloniki shop
12 Chrysostomou Smyrnis street, 2310278746, providing you have prepaid your order either by bank deposit or by Paypal.
Orders are dispatched by the following business day. Orders within Greece are dispatched by courier and delivery usually take from 2-5 days. In order to avoid extra delay, be sure to include information such as different name on the door bell, company name, floor, room number etc if necessary. You will be requested to furnish proof of identity to the courier company.
International orders are dispatched by registered priority mail. Normally, postal lead times are from 5 to 14 days depending on destination, but may be longer.
|We are not responsible for delayed delivery or non-delivery arising from causes beyond our control. However, should dispatch by next following business day not be possible, we will inform you by email of the situation and ask you to either confirm or cancel your order.|
|LIABILITY - GUARANTEE|
OUR PRODUCTS ARE DISPATCHED AT THE RISK OF THE CUSTOMER.
In order to avoid any inconvenience, please check the condition of articles as soon as you receive your package. Damaged or faulty products or dispatch of wrong article, must be reported to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery. In the event your claim is accepted we will gladly send you replacements at our expense in accordance with stock availability.
|RETURNS AND EXCHANGES|
|You have the right to return the articles you have purchased, for whatever reason, along with your receipt within 3 business days of delivery. In this event, please inform us beforehand by email at email@example.com , and note that you will be responsible for the return charges. We will refund all articles providing they are in their un-opened original packaging, minus delivery charges and bank charges where applicable within 15 days of receipt of returned articles. Should you wish to exchange articles, providing they are in their un-opened original packaging, please inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return them, with the original receipt, and we will dispatch the chosen replacements. Please note that return and new delivery will be at your cost. (please also see ORDER CANCELATION)|
|Should you wish to cancel your order, please inform us by email at email@example.com. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it (see RETURNS AND EXCHANGES above).|
All transactions between us conducted over our website are governed by the provisions of International and European law regulating issues concerning electronic commerce and the Consumer Protection Law 2251/1994 regarding distance selling issues.
The Thessaloniki courts shall be deemed competent in the event of any dispute.
