Green tea from South Korea picked in the summer and processed using the traditional Japanese method of steaming and pressing the leaves flat. A fresh brew with aromas of blossoming fruit trees, green beans and spinach, accompanied by notes of peanuts and sunflower seeds.

Tea was probably brought to Korea in the 6th to 7th century by Buddhist monks. It was used as an offering to Buddha and as a meditation aid, since the slight stimulation it provided helped the monks stay awake during the many hours they meditated.
